with both traditional and modern elements. It has everything necessary to pass an enjoyable break or holiday in the village that was an inspiration for Chopin and George Sand. Here, you have the feeling of being a part of the village, without losing any of the comforts to which we have all become accustomed.

Around the house, there is a sunny terrace with magnificent views of the valley. There is also a lounge with fireplace and bar, a dining room with doors to the terrace, and a pretty garden where the sun is pleasingly warm in winter yet has cool breezes in summer. Es Petit Hotel de Valldemossa is a special place, where you are treated like one of the family, allowing you to feel just as though you are in your own house.

The eight rooms have a crisp clean décor that blends comfortably with the age of the house. En-suite bathrooms of course, and there is air-conditioning and heating (both rarely needed), telephone and internet and even satellite TV if you are able to tear yourself away from the views outside.

The village of Valldemossa is a treat in itself, but it also offers a an incomparable scenic location on a ridge between valleys, surrounded by high verdant mountains. This is a privileged position ideal for walkers and hikers who are able to enjoy rambles through marvellous countryside. The sea is only 6 km away at Port de Valldemossa where you can enjoy the sun and water….. and the seafood! Golfers are well catered for, with the nearest course just 9 km away. Other visits that are just about compulsory are the picturesque villages of the Sierra de Tramuntana such as Deya (Déia), Sóller and Banyalbufar, and the impressive rock features of Torrente de Pareis at Sa Calobra.

Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace. Home-cooked dinners are available when booked in advance.

Banyalbufar: Likewise.
Soller: Pretty little seaside town with a good beach a renowned fish cuisine. There is also a narrow-gauge railway to Palma.
Palma de Mallorca: The capital city, full of culture and beauty. Not just "the town next to the airport"

Cancellations:
